Level 2 Criminal Records Check: A thorough background screening conducted through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and the FBI.

Pre-Employment Drug Testing: We maintain a drug-free workplace policy. All employees must pass a 10-panel drug screening.

Reference & Employment Verification: We verify all professional references and previous caregiving experience.

License & Certification Validation: For any position requiring a license (e.g., CNA, HHA), we verify active status and standing.

Ongoing Training & Continuing Education: All caregivers participate in additional training and education to stay current on best practices, safety protocols, dementia care, and specialized support techniques. This ensures consistent, high-quality care for every client.
